Mr. Vayn joined OTKRITIE in 2010. Before this, he worked as managing director and head of Equity Operations at Renaissance Capital. From 2006-2007 he was head of the sales department at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, from 1997-2006, he was vice-president of United Financial Group (UFG).
Mr. Vayn graduated from the economics department of Tver State University.
He holds a MBA degree from Pace University (New York, USA).

Mr. Babaev joined OTKRITIE FC in 2010. Before this, he worked at Renaissance Capital where he was appointed Sales Director covering Russian & CIS clients in 2007.

Earlier, from 2005-2007 he was employed as an Equity Sales Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank.

Ruslan Babaev graduated from the History Department of the Cambridge University (Cambridge, UK).

Mr. Avtukhov joined OTKRITIE FC in 2010 when he was named Managing Director and Head of the Fixed-Income Trading Department of OTKRITIE Investment Bank.═ Before that, he was Head of Department and Vice-President of the Investment Department in 2009-2010. Earlier, he was appointed to the position of Vice-President at Svyaz-Bank, where he worked from 2007-2009. Before that, he worked from 2004-2007 at AKB Soyuz as Head of the Fixed Income Department.

From 2003-2004 he was Head of the Operations Division for State and Corporate Securities, Fixed Income Department of Guta Bank, where he was hired in 2002.═ Mikhail Avtukhov was employed from 2001-2002 at AVK Securities, where he was named Head of the Brokerage Division of the company's Moscow branch in 2002.

As for his educational background, Mr. Avtukhov graduated in 2000 from the Moscow State University of Design and Technology with a major in Economics and Management.

Alexander Burgansky joined OKRITIE in October 2010 as Head of Research and Head of Oil and Gas Research.

Prior to OTKRITIE, Alexander spent six years with Renaissance Capital, where he served as both Head of Equity Research and Global Head of Oil and Gas Research. He has been consistently highly ranked by Institutional Investor magazine – as #1 Oil and Gas Analyst in Russia in 2009, and #2 in 2010, as well as heading the #1 EMEA Oil & Gas Team in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Alexander has a PhD in Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Jahn acts as Managing Director and is in charge of the global DMA Sales Team at Otkritie Securities Limited (OSL). Also he is the Head of the Branch in Frankfurt. Mr. Jahn graduated from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and holds a master degree in Economics. Prior to joining OSL, Mr. Jahn served as Sales Director for BT Radianz and for GL Trade where he initiated the very first business for GL Trade in Russia in 2001.

Evgenia Nesuk joined Otkritie in March 2011. Before that, she headed Oil&Gas Projects with EN+ Group (2008-2010) and was in charge of staff and administrative management in Russneft’s Board of Directors (2009). From 2005 to 2007, she successfully executed M&A transactions with LUKOIL.

Evgenia Nesuk graduated as a finance manager from the Russian Economic Academy n.a. G.V. Plekhanov.

Born on July 7, 1977

Georgy has been working in the financial sector since 1996.
He started as a trader for government short-term and federal loan bonds at Alef Bank. He took his first job while studying at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Georgy was majoring in World Economy and successfully graduated from the academy in 1999.
From 1998 to 2001, he worked for Banque Société Générale and had a focus on the debt and currency instruments.
From 2001 to 2003, Georgy was taking a course at the Business School of Columbia University in New York from which he obtained MBA in Finance in 2003. From 2003 to 2004, he was a trader for fixed income instruments with Citigroup.
From 2004 to 2010, he was heading options trading in Troika Dialog.
Since 2010, Georgy has been with Otkritie.

Before joining Otkritie, he was a trader with RN-Invest (2007-2008) and managed share portfolios with Leader managing company (2008-2009).
