Otkritie Capital is a subsidiary of the Otkritie Financial Corporation, specialising in investment banking.
Otkritie Capital consists of the following entities: Otkritie Trading LLC, Otkritie Brokerage House Open Joint Stock Company, Otkritie Securities Limited, Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited, and Otkritie Inc. (USA).

At present, Otkritie Capital offers to private investors and institutional and corporate clients a full range of investment and banking services on global and Russian markets. These include DMA trading, services related to M&A deals, equity and debt financing, and services connected with structured products and derivatives.

Otkritie Capital business lines have achieved leadership positions on their respective European markets over the past three years.
Most recently, Otkritie has risen to eighth place for All-Russia Research Teams in both the Thomson Reuters Extel survey and the Institutional Investor rankings.

The UK-based subsidiary of Otkritie Capital, Otkritie Securities Ltd., rose 7 places in terms of trading turnover on the LSE International Order Book (IOB), rising from 13th to 4th position. Meanwhile, its market share went up from 3.05% (in 2010) to 6.91%.
Otkritie is now ranked among the top twenty brokers of the London Stock Exchange, with a market share of 2%.
Otkritie Capital has representation in Russia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Cyprus. In 2011, Otkritie Capital opened an office in New York, after obtaining a membership agreement from FINRA, the US self-regulatory body. The company plans to expand into Asia in 2012.
