The depositary of OTKRITIE Bank offers a full range of services to resident/foreign retail clients and legal entities, including:
- opening and holding client depo accounts;
- storing and recording all types of securities, including shares, bonds, fund units, promissory notes, international financial instruments (Eurobonds, ADRs and GDRs);
- consulting and performing off-exchange securities transactions;
- re-registration of title to securities;
- formalizing and recording pledge operations with the securities of depositors;
- assisting depositors in exercising their rights as holders of securities;
- advisory and support in performing depo account operations.

* Actual depositary expenses include transportation costs, business trip expenses confirmed by documents, outsourced expenses (registrars and depositaries, clearing institutions, transagents, re-registration agencies), and other expenses incurred by the Depositary in order to carry out the depositor’s instructions.

*** Rapid transfer can be performed only if the counterparties offer this service. The rapid inter-depositary transfer fee is charged as an additional commission, as shown in clause 2.
- All depositary tariffs are shown net of VAT.
- If the cost of services for a settlement month, calculated as per sections 2 and 5 of the Tariffs, is less than the minimum monthly fee for Depositary services, the minimum Rub 300 fee is charged. If the balance on a depo account is zero at the end of each business day of a settlement month, and if no inventory operations have been performed during the settlement month, no minimum service fee is charged.
- Depositary fees are payable in Russian rubles against invoices issued by the Bank.
- If payment for Depositary services is made in foreign currency, the amount should be converted into Russian rubles using the official exchange rate quoted by the Bank of Russia on the last day of the reporting month.
- The fee for accounting and storage of securities in book-entry form irrespective of the number of days in the month during which the securities of a certain issue were held on the Client’s depo account.
